Join us for the Class of 2022’s White Coat and Honor Code Ceremony, Friday, August 24, 2018 on the SCO campus.

As the newest members of the SCO family, we would like to welcome you to Memphis to attend the White Coat and Honor Code Ceremony on Friday, August 24, 2018. Immediately following the ceremony please join us for some of that world famous Memphis BBQ! It is always a pleasure to include parents and families to witness the entry of our first-year students into the optometric profession. This event offers a great opportunity to meet the SCO faculty and staff.

4:30pm - White Coat & Honor Code Ceremony

SCO Academic Complex
Join us as the Class of 2022 receives their White Coats and officially signs the Honor Code.
Guests should plan to arrive to campus no earlier than 3:30pm
Please RSVP if you will ONLY be attending the ceremony.  Guests attending the Campus Celebration can register & purchase tickets below.

 

5:30pm - Campus Celebration

Students and their guests are invited to join the campus community for an evening featuring Memphis’ world famous BBQ and High Cotton Brewery.

EVERYONE ATTENDING THE BBQ MUST REGISTER.  
Each student will receive a complimentary ticket for themselves and one guest.
Additional guest tickets are available for purchase.
There is no charge for children 10 years and younger.

White Coat Ceremony Tribute Gifts

If you would like to honor your first-year student’s achievement, a tribute gift is a meaningful and impactful way to do so. You may make a donation of your choice by visiting sco.edu/donate to make your donation online.  Please use the designation "1st Year Family."

Your donation is tax-deductible and will support student scholarships. Tribute gifts in the amount of $250 and greater will include priority seating for the White Coat Ceremony*, complimentary BBQ tickets **, an opportunity to attend a private reception with SCO President Lewis Reich prior to the ceremony and recognition in the program. Tribute gifts of $100 and greater will be recognized in the program. What a great way to celebrate your student’s achievement!
