Dr. Daniel G. Fuller received his BS from Purdue University in 1980 and his OD degree from The Ohio State University in 1984. He practiced in a hospital-based setting as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy from 1984 to 1987. The Secretary of the Navy awarded him the Navy Commendation medal in recognition of his work upon Honorable Discharge at the completion of his service.
