Dr. Bartuccio is an associate professor at Southern College of Optometry and manages patients in The Eye Center in the Pediatric, Teen, and Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation clinics.
Previously, in addition to private practice, Dr. Bartuccio was an assistant professor at Nova in the clinical and didactic settings. Dr. Bartuccio has participated in clinical research, including the Convergence Insufficiency Treatment Trial (CITT). She has also published many articles in the area of special needs, including a book titled, Visual Diagnosis and Care of the Patient with Special Needs, published in May 2012.
Active in professional organizations, Dr. Bartuccio has chaired numerous committees and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (AAO) and of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD). She also serves on the journal review board for the Journal of Optometry and Visual Performance.
