On the SCO faculty since 1998, Dr. Duncan is the instructor of record for Anterior Segment Disease and Management, Posterior Segment Disease and Management II, and Common Optometric Procedures Seminar. Dr. Duncan is also involved in a successful private practice. He lectures on diabetic eye disease to local HMO's and anterior segment disease for various continuing education events.
