A Memphis BBQ dinner will be held immediately following the ceremony in the south lot for the Class of 2022 and their guests in attendance.

EVERYONE ATTENDING THE BBQ MUST REGISTER

REGISTRATION FOR THE BBQ IS NOW CLOSED

Each student will receive a complimentary wristband for themselves and one guest.

Additional guest wristbands are available for purchase.

There is no charge for children 10 years and younger.

Wristbands must be worn by all.  Guests will receive their wristbands at the registration table when they arrive to campus for the ceremony.

Ceremony

The White Coat and Honor Code Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.  Guests should plan to arrive to campus no earlier than 3:30pm.

Guests that have made a $250 Tribute Gift will enjoy reserved seating.  All other seating is unrestricted.

REGISTRATION FOR THE CEREMONY IS NOW CLOSED

PLEASE NOTE (important update posted 8/17/2018)

Please be sure to share this with all family members attending the ceremony: Due to overwhelming response indicating attendance at this year’s ceremony, capacity seating has been reached for the event and we will need to utilize our overflow room for some guests. Please be assured every family member will still be able to witness this momentous occasion.

To ensure each family has representation within the ceremony, each student will be given up to 6 guest tickets (according to numbers that were pre-registered) for entrance. Additional guests (beyond the number of tickets provided) will be directed to the overflow area just down the hall from the ceremony. The program will be livestreamed for our overflow attendees on monitors in the adjoining auditorium as well as on monitors in the halls just outside of the ceremony. After the program concludes and students recess into the halls, all families will be able to quickly unite with their student and other family members for pictures and hugs of congratulations.

We know this is an exciting time and wanted to let everyone know in advance for planning purposes. Every family member will still be able to witness this special occasion.

We anticipate the program lasting approximately one hour and will then welcome everyone who has purchased a wristband to join us for the post-event barbecue.

As a reminder, please do NOT plan to arrive to campus earlier than 3:00pm as doors for seating will not open until approximately 4:00pm. Tickets for entrance to the ceremony and wristbands for the barbecue, will be available for pickup up on the first floor. There will be one envelope with each student’s name on it for the entire party. Tickets/wristbands for all guests will be included in the one envelope. If your entire party will not arrive together, please plan accordingly.

If you have any questions, please check with Beth Fisher at [email protected] or by phone at (901) 722-3285. Thank you in advance for complying with these instructions, and we look forward to welcoming each of you to campus next week for this milestone in the lives of our students.
