March 1 is the deadline for current students to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and SCO financial aid application.
March 15 is the deadline for applying for additional loan funds for the current year.
April 1 is the deadline for current students to submit all required documents. Incoming students should complete the financial aid application process as soon as possible after receipt of the forms.
June 1 is the deadline for entering students to file the FAFSA..
It is advantageous to apply early, since we process applications as they are completed, and available funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. However, third and fourth-year students have priority, since their next year starts with the Summer semester, in May.
Our plan is to have all current student awarding completed before you leave in May; therefore, the earlier you apply, the better chance you have of receiving your award before the end of the spring semester. Entering students will receive their awards before the end of June. All award information will be emailed to your SCO email account. Loans must be accepted online at Student-NetPartner. This link will take you to the log in page. Your log in ID is your SSN, and you will create a PIN as a first-time user.
After logging in, please go to the Accept Awards tab. Here you will accept the awards we have offered. If you need to decrease the amount, you can do so yourself. But if you need an increase, please contact the Financial Aid Office. Once you accept your award, this will be our confirmation of the aid you are requesting and we can then process your loan.
