Registration Fees (all attending any of the weekend festivities are required to pay a registration fee):
$125 Early Bird Registration Fee available until August 18
$175 Registration Fee until online registration closes on September 1st.
$200 Registration Fee for onsite registration (Registration Fee Includes Continental Breakfast each morning, Kick-Off Party, Friday All Campus Celebration “Taste of Memphis”, and The After Party at The Peabody)
$95 Guest Registration Fee (Fee includes entrance to Kick-Off Party, Friday All Campus Celebration “Taste of Memphis”, and The After Party at The Peabody)
CE Course Fees:
a la carte course registration @ $25 per hour for Courses 1-13. $50 CE all-course discount offered for courses 1-13.
"Special Session I & II” are an additional flat fee of $125/Session.
(All CE Courses will be held on SCO Campus.)
***Our Fall CE program offers 25 Hours of COPE Approved CE to choose from (10 of which are CEE Hours) A maximum of 19 hours can be earned at this event. 4 HOURS approved by Kentucky Board of Optometry as ETP. These courses are delivered by a line-up of noted speakers who will share their expertise on a variety of pertinent topics.

- Please wear your name badge at all times during the event, this is coded specifically to allow you to scan out of each course for credit.
- No admittance will be allowed at 10 minutes after the course begins. You may exit the lecture for no more than 10 minutes in total to receive full credit. Notification to the door monitor is required.
- Please remember, for each 1 hour of COPE Credit you are required to be in the classroom for a minimum of 50 minutes.
- This educational program has been submitted for COPE approval as well as CE Broker Approval. SCO does not guarantee any courses offered will be accepted by specific licensing agencies or State Boards.

Transportation between the Peabody Hotel and the SCO Campus will be provided for those attending the All Campus Celebration “Taste of Memphis” from 4:30pm – 7:30pm Friday evening.
Please note - there will be no SCO Sponsored bus transportation between the Peabody Hotel and the SCO Campus for CE Courses.
All CE Courses will be held on SCO Campus.
