Wow! It's been pretty intense lately. I feel like I've been running non-stop since White Coat ceremony. Neuroanatomy was a lot to study, and then it's been one test right after another. I did my Anatomy mid-term yesterday which was a breeze and then just got out of Opt Theory & Methods a few minutes ago. Tests are going well so far, but this weekend is going to be a lot of anatomy because we have a test covering the lecture portion Monday. Did someone say it's Friday?
Overall, I'm still enjoying school . The pace is quick, but I love it when I have those moments when everything makes sense. I had one of those moments in Dr. Newman's office when I got it and could see the real-world application. I think my favorite thing I do all week is learning skills in Theory lab that I'm going to be performing later during eye exams. Somehow, I can't believe the cavalier jokes about the life being sucked out of me by my 2nd or 3rd year. I'm lovin' this now!
