It was a great summer, but I am soo glad to be back. I was starting to forget too much. My summer was spent visiting family in Utah and moving into a house. We really like the house we've moved into, but I really hate moving. We still have a few boxes hanging around the house, but overall things look good.
Just attended my first labs of the new semester. For my first lab, we learned how to put a patient's information into a computer. During 1st year, everything we did was on paper. Now....it's gonna be a bit harder. Trying to make a patient's unique situation fit into nice little drop-down boxes was a challenge. I'm just glad I'm not learning with a real patient sitting behind me. The other lab was Pediatric Optometry. I'm the only one in my lab that has kids so it's gonna be interesting. I really like children so it should be a fun class!
