11:00am-12:00pm – Housing Fair Check-In & Lunch, East/West Lobby

Participants and their guests should arrive at the SCO campus, enter through the front doors of the tower building, and check-in with the admissions team in the E/W lobby (2nd floor).  Ambassadors will be available to help you find your way.

If you are bringing a vehicle, you are welcome to park on campus in the Activity Center North or South Lots. Please refer to these parking instructions for more information.  We will also share lunch at this time catered by Wrapzody Gourmet Wraps.

12:00pm-1:00pm –Student Housing Panel, East/West Classroom

Student ambassadors representing different areas and housing options within the greater Memphis community will discuss where they live, offer feedback about their housing experiences, and answer your questions about living in Memphis.


(Students Only) 1:00pm – 2:00pm – Campus Scavenger Hunt, East/West Classroom

Students will explore the campus by competing in fun, competitive, and engaging tasks as a team!


(Guests Only) 1:00pm – 2:00pm – Housing Vendor Fair, Activity Center

Guests will have full access to the vendor fair to speak with apartment representatives on their own while students participate in an activity.

(Guests Only) 2:00pm – 3:15pm – Optional Campus Tours

Guests will have the option to participate in a campus tour facilitated by Student Ambassadors. 

(Students Only) 2:00pm-4:15pm – Housing Fair Round Robins

During this time, attendees will be broken up into small groups and will rotate through several different activities, including:

  1. Housing Vendor Expo - visit with vendors representing housing complexes, services, and resources to ask questions and learn more about the transition to living in Memphis.  See the list of vendors.
  2. Small Group Meet-Ups – participate in icebreaker activities and get to know your new classmates.
  3. IS Demo Session & Financial Aid Q&A  – receive brief introduction to SCO technology programs such as ISIS, and get answers to all of your Financial Aid questions.

4:15pm – Wrap-Up, East/West Classroom

We will conclude on-campus activities and have a short wrap-up with the admissions team.  Instructions will be provided for the SCO Night at Railgarten as well as Saturday’s optional apartment tours.

6:00pm-8:00pm – SCO Night at Railgarten (an optional social event)

We’d love for you to join us at this unique outdoor venue - an SCO student favorite located in Midtown - to enjoy some food, games, music, and mingling with current SCO students. You are welcome to bring up to two guests with you to this event. Tickets are required for each attendee; please make sure to purchase your tickets in advance.

Transportation will not be provided, but carpooling is encouraged.  Parking is not available at Railgarten, but see this map for parking suggestions provided by the venue.



9:30am-4:30pm – Optional Apartment Tours

A full schedule of available tour locations and times can be found on the tour sign-up page. We ask that you please indicate in advance which tours you plan to attend so that we can inform the apartment managers how many individuals to expect.

Transportation will not be provided, but carpooling is encouraged. You are welcome to bring up to two guests with you to the apartment tours.  

Please make sure to sign up for tours you plan to attend by Thursday, April 13.
