workshop is ideal for the practice that provides full-scope optometric care.
Optometrists and office staff will gain tremendous insight into the
reimbursement process. Coding scenarios are presented for a variety of anterior
and posterior segment conditions in case-based format. Attendees will have the
opportunity be hands-on during the coding process after a review of examination
findings and data. A discussion of ICD-10, reimbursement requirements and
documentation will follow each example.

Management of the Infant

history and examination of the infant. Included will be pearls for making the
examination easier for the child, parent and doctor. The assessment and
diagnosis of eye and vision conditions most likely encountered in the

the optometrist into the appropriate treatment plan. This course includes
demonstration of procedures with infant patient participants.
