Center, 2094 Frayser Boulevard, Memphis, TN
This
approximately 3000 square foot building has been the site for an optometrist for
thirty years serving four generations of patients. This office has four fully
equipped exam lanes, a staging area for dilation and patient education, a
contact lens training area, an ophthalmic dispensary, and a welcome area for
patient care. A business office, administrative area and staff lounge provide a
comfortable working environment.
Each of the exam lanes includes a chair, stand, phoroptor, keratometer,
biomicroscope, Goldmann tonometer, binocular indirect ophthalmoscope, and
non-contact and contact fundus lenses. A Humphries Visual Field unit, GDX
portable nerve fiber layer analyzer and minor surgical instruments are also
located at this center.
This full service facility is available for patient care six days a week, with a
twenty-four hour on call physician available to serve emergency situations.
Millington Center, 8120 Highway 51, Millington, TN
The
Millington Center is located on US Highway 51, the major artery connecting
Tipton County to Memphis. Tipton County is the highest growth county in the
state of Tennessee. This facility has approximately 2400 square feet of the most
advanced ophthalmic equipment in the mid south; which includes three fully
equipped exam lanes, a staging area for dilation, a patient education area with
tv/vcr capability, a contact lens training area, an ophthalmic dispensary, and a
welcome area with Accent Health, the satellite medical television service. The
business office connects the welcome area through the circular path of testing
to check out, the final destination.
Each of the exam lanes includes a chair, stand, phoroptor, keratometer,
biomicroscope, Goldmann tonometer, binocular indirect ophthalmoscope, and
non-contact and contact fundus lenses. A Topcon Digital camera, used for
residential, fundus and fluorescein angiography, an ultrasound A/B scan, a
Pachymeter, a YAG laser, an argon laser, a Humphries Visual Field unit, GDX
portable nerve fiber layer analyzer and minor surgical instruments are also
located at this center.
This full service facility is available for patient care six days a week, with a
twenty-four hour on call physician available to serve emergency situations.
Covington Center, 218 West Liberty Avenue, Covington, TN
The
Covington Center opened two years ago to service Tipton County and the adjacent
Lauderdale County. This facility has approximately 1400 square feet, which
includes two fully equipped exam lanes, a contact lens training area, an
ophthalmic dispensary, and a welcome area with Accent Health, the satellite
medical television service.
Each of the exam lanes includes a chair, stand, phoroptor, keratometer,
biomicroscope, Goldmann tonometer, binocular indirect ophthalmoscope, and
non-contact and contact fundus lenses. A Humphries Visual Field unit and a GDX

Satellite Clinic, West Tennessee State Penitentiary at Fort Pillow, Henning, TN
The West
Tennessee State Penitentiary satellite is located twenty minutes north of the
Covington Center. This is our first institutional eye care clinic established.
One of our physicians sees patients twice a month in the two fully equipped exam
lanes.
Each of the exam lanes includes a chair, stand, phoroptor, keratometer,
biomicroscope, Goldmann tonometer, binocular indirect ophthalmoscope, and
non-contact and contact fundus lenses.
Satellite Clinic, Northwest Correctional Complex at Tiptonville, TN
The
Northwest Correctional Complex satellite is located forty minutes north of the
Covington Center. This is our second institutional eye care clinic. One of our
physicians sees patients once a month in one fully equipped exam lane.
The exam lane includes a chair, stand, phoroptor, keratometer, biomicroscope,
Goldmann tonometer, binocular indirect ophthalmoscope, and non-contact and
contact fundus lenses.
A twenty-four hour on call physician is available to serve emergency situations.
