Florida, a primary, secondary and tertiary eye center, has as its main
facility a two-story 34,000 square foot main building with an attached
6500 square foot surgical center. The main facility has 45 examination
rooms, multiple conference rooms and other facilities and is located in
Ft. Myers, Florida. There are also thirteen satellite offices located
throughout southwest Florida and an Aesthetic Center for cosmetic facial
