He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) and the College of Optometrist in Vision Development (FCOVD) and is a faculty associate of the Optometric Extension Program Foundation (OEP).
Dr. Taub is presently an Assistant Professor at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. He teaches vision therapy and is currently active in clinical research. He also is the Director of the Community Outreach Program and the supervisor for the Pediatric Residency.
He is currently the assistant editor for Optometry and Vision Development, the journal of COVD and is on the review board of the Journal of Behavioral Vision, the journal of the OEP. He has written numerous peer reviewed articles. Dr. Taub has lectured and presented posters at national and local conferences.
Dr. Taub is married with two children and enjoys whatever free time he can get. He is an avid runner and cyclist (when not injured).
