Off-Campus Loans
With an "off-campus" loan, banks act as lenders for the
government by providing loan capital and by servicing
repayments for student loans processed by the College.
Off-campus programs include:
Together, these programs provided about $7.1 million to
our students last year. Off-campus loan checks are
delivered to students at registration.
SCO Financial Aid Office personnel are responsible for
analyzing your eligibility for the various Federal
programs, counseling you about indebtedness, tracking
the progress of your loan applications, and notifying
you of loan check arrival.
SCO Accounting Department personnel are responsible for
crediting, disbursing or delivering your loan checks to
you, usually at registration.
